The peak of the harvest — deep colour, an aroma that fills the room, and a long, unforgettable finish.
From our apiaries in Kuwait
We do not import this honey and we do not buy it in — we are the ones who raise its bees, harvest it and pack it. No middlemen, no blending, and nothing between you and the hive.

The Premium family — everyday Sider
From the sider tree itself — the tree that has withstood the peninsula's heat for centuries — comes one nectar a year. Touch a fruit to see what it carries.
Sider nectar gives its honey a high content of phenolic compounds and antioxidants — the compounds being studied today in dark honey generally, and Sider is among the richest in them.
Gulf tradition knew Sider as a food that fortifies the body, and studies of honey in general point to an immune-supporting role thanks to antioxidants and honey's natural antibacterial properties.
A spoon of Sider has long been known to soothe the stomach and ease digestion — a food gentle on the digestive system, with which some open their day and others close their meal.
Sider's natural sugars — glucose and fructose — are quickly absorbed, giving a burst of clean energy before your day or your workout, with no manufactured sugar.
Sider's thick texture coats and soothes the throat — which is why it was, and still is, the first thing households reach for when a voice turns hoarse.
In many homes a spoon of Sider is stirred into warm milk before bed — an old habit kept by those seeking a calmer evening.
Honey is a generous food, not a medicine — and these benefits are what tradition knows of Sider and what studies of honey in general observe.
The tree told you what Sider does — this jar shows you what is inside it doing that. Touch any numbered hexagon.
Enzymes the bees themselves add while making the honey — they stay alive and active in raw honey.
Because our honey is never heated or pasteurized — it is packed as it left the comb, so its enzymes reach you as they are.
They are the difference between living honey and an ordinary sweetener — and high heat kills them, which is why we never boil honey.
Plant compounds that pass from the sider blossom's nectar into the honey.
Dark honeys — and Sider is their master — are richer in them than light honeys.
These compounds are behind most of what tradition and studies know of Sider's supportive role for health.
Natural fructose and glucose, quickly absorbed.
Its higher fructose share slows Sider's crystallization and gives it a deeper, longer sweetness.
Clean energy with no manufactured sugar — and a jar that stays liquid longer than others.
The cells' shield against free radicals.
Honey studies link deeper colour to a higher load — and Sider is among the darkest and deepest of honeys.

Potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc and iron — in small but present amounts.
From the sider's soil and nectar — the tree drinks the earth and waters the honey.
A spoon of Sider carries what white sugar never will.
A low water content means a thick texture that takes its time to flow.
Because we harvest the combs ripe and sealed — we never rush the hive.
Thickness is a sign of ripeness — and ripe honey preserves itself without a fridge.
One hand turns with the year, the seasons around it. The needle points to today — always, on its own.
The bees begin gathering the Kuwaiti sider blossom's nectar — a short window in which the whole season is written.
We harvest the combs with our own hands and pack the crop as it is — raw, with no heating and no blending.
The season's harvest is carefully kept, and reaches you in Kuwait within 24 hours of your order.
Our apiaries are spread across Kuwait's regions — closer to you than you think. The honey that reaches you was harvested kilometres from your home, not across oceans.
From Kuwaiti sider blossoms, by our hands, to your jar — without a single middleman.

Things said to you by the man who sells you his honey with his own hand — because trust is built on honesty before praise.
We sell you a generous honey, not a prescription: it is never given to anyone under one year of age, anyone managing their blood sugar should consult their doctor — and honey is no substitute for medicine prescribed by a specialist.
Because the tree blossoms once a year, and because our bees are never fed sugar to fill the jars. The scarcity of the harvest is the price — and the honesty in it is the most precious thing you buy.
Honey that is fiercely heated or stretched with sugar syrup loses its living enzymes and becomes an ordinary sweetener. Our honey is packed as it left the comb — which is why we open our apiaries and our certificate archive to everyone.
Because its season comes once a year: the sider tree blossoms for a few short weeks, and what the bees gather from it is limited however large the apiary. Scarcity — not advertising — is what raises its price.
The exact opposite: crystallization is natural behaviour for pure honey in cooler weather or long storage. Stand the jar in warm (not hot) water to bring back its texture — and never put it in the fridge.
By its deep aroma, thick texture and long finish — and before all that, by knowing its source. We show you our apiaries on the map and our certificates in the archive; ask others for the like.
Honey — any honey — is never given to anyone under one year of age. And anyone monitoring their blood sugar is best advised to ask their doctor about the right amount for them.
At room temperature away from the sun, with a tight lid and always a dry spoon. It needs no fridge — pure honey preserves itself.
High heat takes away its living enzymes and properties. If you want to melt or mix it, warm water is enough — and never boil it.
