Terms of service

These terms govern your use of The3Beez store and your purchases from it. We have written them as plainly as we can, because an agreement nobody understands protects nobody. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are and who can buy

The3Beez is a Kuwaiti store specialising in natural honey and bee products, operating at the3beez.com. To buy, you must be 18 or older or acting with your guardian's consent, and the details you give us must be accurate.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity that takes place through it. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use, and we may suspend any account used in breach of these terms.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We make a real effort to keep product descriptions and photographs accurate. That said, honey is a living natural product: colour, texture and thickness vary a little from season to season, and it may crystallize over time. These are marks of authenticity, not faults, and they are not a departure from the description. Colours may also differ slightly on your screen.

Availability depends on stock, and we may change our range or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and include applicable taxes where any apply. They do not include delivery, which is shown to you at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, without affecting an order we have already confirmed to you.

If a product appears at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — and we will tell you before we do.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases: stock has run out, the price was wrong, the address cannot be delivered to, or we suspect fraud. In every one of those cases we refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, charges and what happens if we miss you at the door are all set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. The times given there are estimates we work hard to meet, and they can be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

The full detail is in our Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms: 14 days to return, our own driver collecting the return from you at no charge, and 7 days to report anything damaged or wrong.

8. Offers and discount codes

Each offer or discount code has its own conditions and validity period, and offers cannot be combined on the same order unless we say otherwise. We may withdraw any code that is misused or republished without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The The3Beez name and logo, and the store's text, images and design, belong to us or are licensed to us. We are delighted when you share our pages and products with friends; using them commercially, or republishing them as your own, needs our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

We ask that you do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it or scrape its data, and do not impersonate anyone. That is all.

11. What you share with us

If you send us a review, a photograph or a suggestion, you give us a non-exclusive permission to use it in presenting and marketing the product, crediting you where we can. It remains yours, and you confirm it is yours to give.

12. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to, or services run by, other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

13. An important health note

Our products are natural foods, not medicines. The benefits we describe come from traditional knowledge and customer experience; they are not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for your doctor's advice. Honey must not be given to children under one year of age. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to bee products, managing a long-term condition or taking medication, please speak to your doctor before adding any new product to your diet.

14. Limitation of liability

We offer the store and our products in good faith and to the best of our ability. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not permit us to exclude, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

If we suffer loss or face a claim because you breached these terms or used the site unlawfully, you are responsible for compensating us to the extent you caused it.

16. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always rather settle a matter in an email than take it that far — write to us first.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

19. General

If any provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a right at one moment does not mean we give it up. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our agreement.
