Privacy policy

Your privacy is not a clause we put here to cover ourselves. You give us your name, your address and your phone number because you want honey delivered to your door, and we use that information for exactly that — nothing more. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how you stay in control of it.

It applies to The3Beez store and website, and to all related pages and services.

1. What we collect

Contact and identity details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
Account information: if you create an account, your sign-in details, preferences and order history.
Order information: what you bought, when, for how much, and how the delivery went.
Payment information: payments are handled by specialist payment providers. We never see or store your card number; we receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded, and the last digits of the card for reconciliation.
Your messages to us: emails, contact-form messages and messages through our social accounts.
Device and usage information: browser and device type, IP address, and the pages you visited in the store.

2. Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture if you have one. We never see your Google password, your mail or your files there.

3. Why we use your information

To fulfil your order: preparing it, delivering it, invoicing it and handling any return.
To manage your account and help you when you write to us.
To contact you about your order — these are operational messages and cannot be switched off while an order is live.
For marketing — offers and new arrivals — only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe from any message in one click.
To improve the store and understand what our visitors are looking for.
For security and fraud prevention, protecting your account and ours.
To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and tax records.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade in it. We share it only with those needed to get your order to you and to run the store:

Shopify — the platform our store runs on, which hosts its data.
Payment providers — to process and protect the payment.
Delivery partners and our drivers — who receive your name, address and phone number, the minimum needed to bring your order to you.
Service providers who help us with email, analytics and support, limited to what their service requires.
Authorities, where the law requires it of us.
A successor, if ownership of the business changes — with this policy continuing to apply to your information.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to make the shopping cart work, to remember your preferences and language, and to understand how the store is used. You can set your browser to refuse them, but some parts of the store — the cart and checkout in particular — may not work without them.

6. Information leaving Kuwait

Your information may be stored or processed on servers outside Kuwait, since our platform and service providers operate in other countries. We take care that those we work with are held to appropriate protection for your data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and your account information for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account we delete it, keeping only the minimum the law obliges us to retain.

8. Security

The store runs over an encrypted connection, and access to customer data is limited to the people on our team who need it to do their work. Nobody can promise absolute security on the internet, but we treat your information with the seriousness we would expect for our own.

9. Your rights

Your information belongs to you. At any time you may:

request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
ask us to delete your information, so far as the law allows;
object to a particular use, or ask us to restrict it;
withdraw your consent to marketing messages whenever you wish.

Write to info@the3beez.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the competent authority.

10. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if such information reaches us we delete it as soon as we know.

11. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to sites we do not run. Their privacy policies are their own, and we recommend reading them before sharing any data there.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the applicable rules change, and the date of the latest update will always appear at the top of the page. We will tell you about any material change.
