Shipping policy

We know the feeling: you order your honey and then you wait for it. So we have kept delivery fast and clear, with no surprises and nothing hidden in the small print.

When your order arrives

• Inside Kuwait: in under 24 hours from the moment your order is confirmed.
• Outside Kuwait: 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination and shipping formalities.

We prepare orders on working days. Orders that reach us over the weekend or on a public holiday begin their journey on the next working day.

How we pack your honey

Our honey travels in glass jars, and we treat them the way we would want our own jar treated: packed firmly enough to protect the glass on the road, and sealed so it reaches you exactly as it left our store. If anything arrives otherwise, that is on us, not on you.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged according to your area, and the full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm anything. You will never meet a charge you have not already seen.

If we miss you at the door

It happens to all of us — you get held up, or you step out at the wrong moment. If we cannot hand over your order, we come back free of charge, at a time that suits you, and we are glad to call and arrange it. We do not charge you anything for a repeat attempt.

All we ask is that you check your address and phone number when you order; the right number is the shortest road between us and you.

Following your order

We confirm your order as soon as it reaches us, and let you know when it goes out for delivery. If you would like to check at any point, write to info@the3beez.com and we will tell you where it is.

Orders outside Kuwait

Some countries charge customs duties or import taxes on incoming shipments. Those charges are set by the authorities in your country, do not come to us, and are normally paid by the recipient. We are happy to prepare your shipping paperwork so it clears as smoothly as possible.

Gifts and occasions

If your order is a gift tied to a date, tell us when you order or write to us directly, and we will do everything we can to have it there in time. Honey makes a beautiful gift, and we like seeing it arrive the way you pictured it.
