Bee bread is fermented pollen that bees store inside honeycombs and cover with honey.

It comes in the form of dark granules with a deeper flavor than pollen.

How to use it
  • One small spoonful daily to start, and you can increase it gradually as you need.
  • Take it straight, or add it to yoghurt and juices.
  • Use a dry, clean spoon every time, and close the pack well again.
