Where it comes from

Raw natural honey from Dhofar, Oman, made from the nectar of Hashab (Acacia Senegal) tree flowers.

Golden to brown in color, medium consistency, with a distinctive, balanced flavor.

Rare, harvested seasonally in March and April in small quantities.

How to use it
  • One teaspoon to one tablespoon, once or twice daily, as desired.
  • Eat directly by the spoonful, or use to sweeten drinks and yogurt, or with bread and labneh.
  • Add to drinks after they have cooled, not to boiling drinks, to preserve its flavor.

Not suitable for children under one year of age.

Honey is a natural source of sugar and raises blood sugar. Anyone with diabetes should consume it in strict moderation and only after consulting a doctor — there is no such thing as sugar-free honey.
